Yoga Retreat Lake Martin Alabama, Sept 22-24, 2023. Join us virtually online Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for our yoga practices, sound bath, and online discussion of how to bring your Om Home. If you are a yoga teacher you will be able to get 15 yoga alliance continuing education credits for this LIVE event. You will also have access to all the recipes from the event and access to the live classes for one year. Due to the nature of this event refunds will not be accepted.
